This full day program is packed with exciting international and local speakers, breakout sessions and networking opportunities.

For long term friends of our annual conference you will notice a change to previous years. Whereas we previously held a half day public conference and afternoon session for TLC Consultants only, this event is now a full day program for all participants with a larger number of renown international as well as local key note speakers, catering provided and breakout sessions. These changes have meant that we've had to introduce a small charge this year.  

We trust you appreciate that to host this calibre of speakers now and in the future, this change is necessary.  We remain committed to supporting our wider community and ensuring events such as this remain as accessible as possible.

Conference Fees

  • $300AUD per person (exclusive of GST) if attending the conference in person.
  • $270AUD per person (exclusive of GST) if attending the conference in person and eligible for the Special Offer below.
  • $100AUD per person (exclusive of GST) if attending the Live Streaming of the conference.

During the registration process, you will have the option to select attending in person or to join live streaming. 

Special Offer:
Leadership Circle Certified Consultants can register to attend The Summit in person for a reduced fee of $270 pp (exclusive of GST).  TLC Certified Consultants will also have the opportunity to invite a Client/Guest for free (see details below). This offer does not apply to registration for Live Streaming.

Members of ICF, USCMA, SBS, HRD Forum Members or Groups of 5+ from the same organisation can also register to attend The Summit in person for a reduced fee of $270 pp (exclusive of GST).   Please contact us at for a unique registration code. This offer does not apply to registration for Live Streaming.

Fees include attendance at full day conference, breakout sessions, refreshments on arrival and mid morning, lunch, a copy of Michael Bungay Stanier’s book The Coaching Habit.

For The Leadership Circle Certified Consultants only (in person attendance)

If you are a Leadership Circle Certified Consultant*, when you register to attend the conference in person, you are also entitled to register one Client/Guest for free. You will be asked about this during the registration process and if you reply “yes", we will require your Guest's full name, email address, and phone number so please make sure you have that at hand.  Your guest cannot be another TLC Certified Consultant. 

You may register yourself only initially and return to register a Guest at another time.

(*Leadership Circle Certified Consultants are consultants who have successfully completed the 3-day Leadership Circle Profile Certification – or C1 for short)

Payment Method

Credit or Debit Card. The full fee is payable on registration. Partial payments not accepted.


Information Required At Registration

When you click to “Register” you will be transferred to our online registration system. The following information will be requested:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your credit card details
  • Whether you are registering to attend in person or for the live streaming option.
  • Which breakout session you would like to sign up for (attending in person)
  • Any dietary requirements (attending in person)

Once registered you will receive a confirmation of registration by email.



If you are no longer able to attend the event, please Cancel your Registration using the link and confirmation number provided in your Registration Confirmation email. This is strongly requested so we can manage venue requirements.

If you are a TLC Consultant and wish to cancel your own registration and/or that of your Guest, please contact us at so we can effect that cancellation for you.  You will not be able to make cancellations yourself.


Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations received via our CVENT online registration system, or in writing, before midnight Sunday 6th May 2018 AEST will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations after midnight Sunday 6th May 2018 AEST are non-refundable.
